We will utilize group discussion, 1:1 sessions, equine assisted mirroring, time in nature, and sauna/cold plunge contrast to EXPERIENTIALLY uncover your limitations and create your personal declarations.
This is the foundation that I personally used to move my family across the country, build a new company and community in a new place in a matter of months, and most importantly the way that I more consistently show up in a powerful emotional state living in alignment and leading in fun and fulfilling ways.

Basecamp
Many businesses and teams don’t actually have a clear identity, purpose, and values (standards). We created Basecamp to help you get intentional about this foundation. With this foundation, you can lead with clarity instead of manage with compliance. Because we dive deep to uncover your company identity, mission, values, talent assessment and so much more, this will be created around your needs. Basecamp is a 1:1 experience with Matt and Brett.
